Today, when even the simplest ad can produce scores of candidates, it becomes ever more difficult and time consuming to weed through the applicants. There is a more efficient and effective solution. The Hiring Solutions Process
Our "Hiring Solution" Works! ■ We do the advertising for you. ■ We pre-screen applicants. ■ We preliminarily interview applicants who meet your job criteria. ■ We assess all applicants who meet your job criteria. ■ We have a 92% Success rate. ■ We present you only qualified applicants who have been interviewed and assessed. ■ Often the additional candidates can be selected and used when multiple positions are available for the same job such as Customer Service, Sales, etc. This adds even more value to the program. ■ Turnaround time is generally 10 days or less.
RECRUITING IS A CHALLENGE! The time, money, and effort spent on recruiting must pay dividends; that is employees who are competent, loyal, diligent, and a continuing asset to the organization. Some jobs are more critical than others. Some require specialized skills. To meet this need our Hiring Solutions Process provides three levels of service. Three Unique Options
1. Simple Solutions - In this solution option, the recruiting process is based on your job descriptions and requirements. We will provide a form to gather the job requirements and will work to find candidates based on the information submitted to us. The Hiring Solutions Process will actively recruit qualified candidates and review their assessment results to present three to ten applicants who meet your criteria in 10 to 14 business days. The Hiring Solutions Process guarantees the employment of your selected new hire for 30 days. ***
2. Selective Solutions - To set the stage for the recruiting process, this solution option begins with our patented job bench marking process (Valued at $3,000.00), where we define the key accountabilities for the position and provide a job assessment to reveal the qualities required for superior performance. Along with your job requirements, our certified staffing professionals will use this information to evaluate the applicants and select those that have the behaviors, motivators and personal skills suited for the position. Recruitment takes place for 14 business days, at the end of which we present up to five job-matched candidates. The Hiring Solutions Process guarantees the candidate you have with the Selective Solutions option for 90 days.
3. Superior Solutions - With this option, we start with our patented job bench marking process to create a custom profile for the position. Based on the results of the job assessment, our staff will not only recruit, assess and pre-screen qualified candidates, but also provide reference summaries and verification of previous employment and complete phone or in-person interviews and background checks. Details on each candidate will be presented in 14 business days to be sure you have all the information necessary to make a great hire. To help facilitate effective management and coaching, a New Hire Orientation System is included, which provides valuable development tools, including coaching reports, job/talent comparison report and CD’s and corresponding workbooks that focus on the development of key soft skills. With the Superior Solutions option, we guarantee your new employee for four months. ❏ Cost is negotiated - based upon Salary Percentage. The low cost will surprise you.
*** Custom Solutions patented Benchmark is available for the "Simple Solutions" program using a panel of experts over the phone via a web conference. This benchmark is not required but helpful for larger organizations who engage in repeat hiring for specific jobs.
